Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Mechanic to oversee maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment used in drilling operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and experience with heavy machinery and rig systems.

• Perform maintenance and repair of rig mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce operational downtime
• Supervise and support junior mechanics and maintenance crew
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Maintain maintenance records and report equipment performance issues
