Job Description
Client Campaign in NOV 2015 for Designation: Learning & Development Specialist
? Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating training programmes to meet specific learning objectives, based on the results of needs analysis.
Certification Requirement
? Bachelor’s degree / MA in a relevant field with Master in Business Administration – HR
? 7 years learning and development experience, of which at least five years has been in a refinery processing plant.
? Knowledge of oil refinery operations
? Understanding of organisational behaviour and management, and alignment of learning and development with organisational strategy.
? Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
? Management of processes, projects and people.
? Advanced knowledge in the field of adult learning and the formulation of Learning and Development policies.
? Knowledge of succession planning, performance management and training techniques
? Counselling skills
? Experienced in working with multi-discipline teams
? Knowledge of talent management – recruitment, performance, succession planning, training and human resources
? Knowledge of succession planning
? Fluent in Arabic and English
