Client Campaign in NOV 2015 for Designation: Project Control Engineer

? Prepares control designs for small to medium size plant modifications and new minor projects, prepares and compiles Scope of Work, Bill of Quantities, technical documents and cost estimates for tenders for contracted project work and evaluates and negotiates bids and makes recommendations to the Contracts Division for award.

Certification Requirement

? B.Sc in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering. ? 5 years’ experience in control instrumentation project design and implementation in the Oil and Gas Industry. ? Knowledge of project design in the Oil and Gas industry ? Knowledge of Refinery control and instrumentation systems ? Knowledge of commercial terms used in the tendering process and HSEF requirements ? Knowledge of the standards and codes used by UAE local authorities ? Knowledge of industry recommended practice, design methods and QA/QC requirements with respect to development and checking of control engineering procedures, incorporation of agreed changes and document control ? Able to prepare method statements, project specifications, scopes of work and to check control drawings for discrepancies ? Excellent communicator, comfortable with written, spoken and electronic media. ? Good knowledge of oral and written English. Arabic language is preferable. KIND ATTENTION
