? Prepares Mechanical & Piping designs for small to medium size plant modifications and new minor projects, prepares and compiles Scope of Work, Bill of Quantities, technical documents and cost estimates for tenders for contracted project work and evaluates and negotiates bids and makes recommendations to the Contracts Division for award.
