Minimum Requirements:
1. BSc. Degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
2. 8 yrs professional experience in Mechanical Maintenance works of which 4 years should have been in a similar management capacity.
3. Good Knowledge of English.
Certification Requirement
Basic Function:
Manages the activities of assigned staff who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC System and other mechanical building equipments/services such as firefighting system, centralized cooking gas system, fountains, swimming pools, elevators, building water pumps etc. for Client owned and leased properties which include all office buildings and residential units in and outside Abu Dhabi City,in western region and other region in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi. Work involves planning of the manpower and other resources, preparation of annual budget of the section and ensures implementation of same, conducting regular meetings to ensure proper corrective action is taken to correct any shortfalls in progress of contractors, represent the section in all management meeting and other conferences, submit all related issues to Department Head's approval
