FAL-ID244223 Team Leader - Talent Acquisition Development



Basic Functions:
1. Provide effective Talent Acquisition, High Potential identification, Young and First Line Management Development services to Client HQ and advise Corporately across the Client Group.
2. Proactively design, develop, pilot and implement related Client policies, plans, processes, guidelines and mechanisms.
3. Lead a small professional team to implement processes and programs related to Talent Aquisition Management.
4. Establish, and continuously improve, effective ADNOC Talent Acquisition and Development processes and programs.

Certification Requirement

    Minimum Requirements 1. BA/BSc./BE (Bachelors Degree) with a related area of focus (e.g. Leadership Development or Occupational Psychology) or an MBA/MA/MSc with a specialist Major (e.g. HR, OD, LD, MD, Learning & Development). A professional qualification is advantageous (e.g. BPS, CIPD or SHRM). 2. Minimum of 10 years experience of implementing and sustaining effective talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and high potential visions, policies, programs, processes and procedures. 3.
