Purpose of Job
Plans and monitors the execution of maintenance jobs and verifies and finalises job
plans based on specific scope and inspection requirements.
Certification Requirement
Minimum Job Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum nine years maintenance and turnaround experience in an oil and gas
context with at least five years’ experience in a planning capacity.
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
Experience in turnaround and maintenance procedures
Planning and performance management.
Experience working with multi-discipline teams
Communication and interpersonal skills
Able to build relationships with staff and contractors with a focus on collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
Ability to educate and motivate
Data analysis and report writing skills
Attention to detail
Quick and sound decision making and judgement
Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
Knowledge of MAXIMO software.
Strong decision making ability.
Proficient in verbal and written English.
