Job Description

Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering with Business Management Qualification.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
(example: Prosci certification).
8 years ’ experience in the petroleum refining/hydrocarbon processing industry with at least four years in a similar role.
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge of refinery systems,
procedures and key performance indicators Familiarity with project
management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
Experience in using management systems such as MAXIMO and SAP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational,
management and planning skills Proficient in verbal and written English
Assisting training needs of personnel

Certification Requirement

Purpose of Job Facilitates the implementation of change within Refinery systems, procedures, business processes, operating practices, products and behaviors through identification of improvement opportunities, communication with concerned personnel and monitoring of outcomes. Creates and implements change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. Aims to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization. Tracks via a formal risk assessment process throughout the life cycle of the project Optimize acceptance, maximize readiness, and ensure success of the TAKREER RIS Applications Leads the development of the change management strategy. Co-ordinates the execution of the change management team activities. Actively manages resistance to change.
