Job Description
operational strategy development and facilitates strategy implementation, change management and continuous improvements in Refinery systems and procedures.
Synchronises Takreer and Ruwais Refinery strategies to achieve the business, social and ethical objectives of Takreer.
Reviews data gathered by the Systems and Procedures Specialists, identifies weaknesses, researches solutions and suggests improvements and coordinates developing systems and procedures for Ruwais Refinery.
Develops and updates Refinery five year plans based on strategic initiatives and Takreer objectives and goals. Coordinates with counterparts in developing appropriate plans for strategy initiatives, and aligning operating procedures and practices with Takreer Five Year Business Plan.
# Identifies change initiatives in various areas of the Refinery with the input and support of the concerned departments. Initiates solutions and supports the Strategy, Change and Performance Manager in implementing these solutions
