Internal:
All Managers supported in the department. All Manager’s business contacts within the company to handle matters of relevant interest.
External:
All Manager’s business contacts outside the company to follow up actions to be taken. Travel agencies to make travel arrangements. Visitors and guests.
Certification Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS
High School certificate (12 years) plus a secretarial diploma.
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of secretarial experience in a professional office environment.
SKILLS
Good communication skills in English and Arabic, good organisation skills. Good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software
