Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
B.S. Electrical Engineer; Minor in Control Systems is a plus.
5-8 years of work experience in the oil/gas industry.
Computer aided design CAD software - AutoCad Inventor / SolidWorks and 2D AutoCad).
Background in MPD/ PID control is a plus.
Working knowledge of offshore standards such as DNV and ABS.
Working knowledge of offshore standards such as DNV and ABS.
Working knowledge of IEC, NEC and ATEX.
Ability to manage one’s own time and the time of others.
Signal generators.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
PLC Software Programming and Logic is a plus.
Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, including applications and programming.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Overall Purpose of the Job:
Power Chokes designs and manufactures chokes, controls, PRV’s and related equipment. It operates from Houston, with projects delivered worldwide. The purpose of this role is to support the design, manufacturing and implementation of the Power Chokes products.
