Job Description
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION1. The Role and Responsibilities would change based on work demand and skills of the person.
2. The selected candidate has to work on 6 Months probationary period.
3. On confirmation after the probationary period, Performance of the candidate will be reviewed once in a year to terminate the services of non-performers.
Certification Requirement

1. Fully responsible for the smooth execution of the works under ISP.
2. Ensure that Quality and work progress are maintained as per project requirements
3. Focal point of contact for all construction related SOW during execution period.
4. Provide guidance to planning team and contractor on alternative work fronts and work strategies.
5. Monitor project execution at a higher level and produce reports for management on a weekly basis.
6. Review method statements and TRA produced by contractor and ensure full implementation during project execution phase.
7. Review, coordinate and consolidate commissioning Technical and Operational input on ISP related documents.
8. Coordinate with Operations personnel, when required, on ISP related enquiries related to pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and hand-over to Operations
9. Closely monitor Projects work site activities and contractor preparations to ensure requirements and plans as per agreed scope and in line with schedule
10. Ensures co-ordination of work permits and on site contractor HSE compliance related to ISP activities.
11. Conducts formal risk assessments during ISP execution phase and pre works where required to ensure correct work methods are followed and full safe precautions are taken.
12. Prepare and review method statements on Projects activities required during on-site pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up phases
13. This position is essential to the Technical and operational Integrity processes of AIRMS. Appropriate levels of knowledge and responsibility are expected from the incumbent
14. Determines work methods according to established policies and professional engineering practices.
15. Completed work is subject to review and direction
