Purpose of Job
Assist the Section Head and act as an advisor/consultant for the design, implementation and maintenance of Professional Career Ladder programmes for Company in line with business requirements and global best practices to facilitate skill enhancement of the workforce and support the development of a performance driven culture in the organisation.
Certification Requirement
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering. Additional qualification in HR is an advantage.
7-10 years experience in the oil & gas industry (preference is given to Oil Refining experience) with at least 5 years in the Professional Career Ladder activities.
In-depth knowledge.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Counselling and mentoring skills Fluent in English written and spoken. Good project management skills
