Purpose of Job
Conducts catalyst preparation and formulation activities in the Catalyst laboratories. Conducts catalyst characterization using relevant instruments.
Reports the tests results in the existing templates. Uses LIMS to record all the results from the tests.
Certification Requirement
Minimum Job Requirements
B.Sc in Chemistry or equivalent. Alternatively, 3 years diploma in chemical engineering work.
Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in R&D for catalyst preparation and characterization in an oil, gas or petrochemical industry. Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in case of diploma qualification for the job.
Good knowledge of English for communication and preparing reports. Knowledge of
Arabic is preferable.
Computer literacy to use LIMS and equipment operation software.
