8 years experience on Refining type process units or Gas Plant, plus a general understanding of related Operations including previous supervisory experience.
2 years experience as Controlman in CGP-I and 2 years experience as Controlman in CGP-II plus 1 year on job training with CGP regular Shift Supervisor.
Knowledge of,safe operating procedures, Plant lay-out details, process operational conditions / product requirements, QMS, SHE and Emergency procedures.
Must possess ability to interpret instrument data and lab test results and apply corrections where necessary.
