Roles and Responsibilities
• Handling procurement for EPC Power projects includes market study, Inviting quotations, Techno commercial evaluation of each offer, Preparation of comparative statements, Techno commercial discussion with all the suppliers & finalization of supplier. • Preparing Purchase Orders in SAP after finalizing the supplier/contractors • Coordination with the supplier and client for Factory/ onsite inspection & timely delivery of the material on site. • Coordinating with site people for timely billing of supplied material and executed work. Resolve the site issues related to client billing. • Following up with the client for bill processing & timely realization of payment. Co-ordinate with clients regarding documentation of completed projects, Bank Guarantee Reduction, BG Extension and Submission of BG. • Preparing MIS Reports like payment collection forecast against actual Accounts receivable Aging. • Maintaining cash register in ERP, making Cash voucher payments, coordinating with project site for cash expenses. • Coordinating with suppliers & CCF agents for clearing of material from the port & delivering at site on time. • Preparing and processing of project closer proposals like Quantity Variation proposal, Price Variation proposal and Interim Penalty & Liquidated Damages waiver proposals. Preparing final Invoice & closer proposal for the projects. • Drafting communication letters to clients on various commercial issues like Bank Guarantee Reduction, BG Extension, Submission of BG & Submission of Invoices, Project closer proposals, statutory form follow up etc. • Championed in assembling and leading high-performance teams that deliver value at each stage of the process.
