Issued and Receiving Materials by SAP Program. Perform monthly cycle count on all material stored at warehouses. Labelling, verifying & marking all materials stored at warehouse. Maintaining accuracy of the inventory at warehouse and yard. Maintain precise computer records of the above using the stock control software. Ensure that stores are kept secure and operate control systems to prevent loss or theft. Undertake regular and systematic inventory checks to verify the accuracy of the stock Control system. Thoroughly familiar with SAP-MM, PC-based materials inventory control systems. Manage the receiving of materials and equipment according to orders issued by the main office or locally. Arrange the controls of all materials received, and notify any differences or damage to material. Update the VMI about warehouse activities and incoming materials/PO. Coordinate warehouse team assigning the various activity to the available personnel. Ensure efficient and cost- effective management of warehouse, coordinating the request, reception, storage, reservation and distribution of consumable materials and spare parts. Provide timely reporting to the Demand Planner and Project Manager. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in work site activities and with corporate procedures and standards.
