Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and specifications. - Prepare and process Material Receiving Reports (MRR) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP systems. - Ensure accurate storage, labeling, and preservation of materials in line with company standards. - Issue materials to end users based on approved material requisitions while maintaining accurate records. - Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits, maintaining high inventory accuracy and reducing variances. - Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. - Collaborate with logistics and site teams to track material availability, movements, and site deliveries. - Maintain proper documentation for traceability and audit purposes. - Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies during material handling and storage.
